Residential Properties

All residential properties are subject to the following fees: -

• · One Months Rent Payable in Advance
• · One Months Rent as Deposit*
• · Administration Charges £400.00** (Non-refundable)

To secure a property we require a non-refundable holding deposit of £400.00. This ensures that we do not show the property to any other prospective tenants and the holding deposit will be deducted off the final amount.

If in the event the tenant(s) fails the reference checks or tenant(s) does not take the property for whatever reason the holding deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. The tenant(s) will also be liable to pay the administration charges.

Commercial Properties

All commercial properties are subject to the following fees: -

• · Three Months Rent Payable in Advance
• · Three Months Rent as Deposit*
• · Administration Charges £750.00** (Non-refundable). If in the event of a long lease then tenant(s) would be liable for all legal fees + administration charges.
